Background
Swiss Tomato is an award-winning agency focused on digital solutions in the areas of web, app, and augmented and virtual reality. The company supports clients in the conception and implementation of sophisticated digital projects, including websites built on WordPress or Drupal, mobile applications, and interactive AR and VR solutions.
Across various client projects, support was needed in project management. The mandate consists of supporting Swiss Tomato in managing ongoing projects, communicating with clients, and preparing content and documentation.
My Role
- Project management for web, app, and AR/VR projects
- Coordination between clients, design, and development
- Facilitation and leadership of discovery processes with startups
- Structuring of goals, requirements, and user journeys
- Contributing to the conceptual preparation of digital solutions
- Creation of technical specifications
- Preparation of cost estimates and timelines
- Alignment of project content, priorities, and next steps with all stakeholders
Ongoing Collaboration
The collaboration is organised on a project basis and includes support for individual client mandates as well as the management of discovery and conception phases. Depending on the project, the focus is on operational project management, content structuring, or the preparation of decision-making foundations for implementation.
