Background

Curion Business Software AG is part of the 08EINS Group and provides business software for SMEs in retail, wholesale, and e-commerce. At its core is an article-oriented ERP solution focused on inventory management, data handling, and process mapping along the entire supply chain.

The starting point for this mandate was the need for a clear, practical communication strategy. Communications needed to be structured more effectively, the content direction sharpened, and the key channels developed in a more targeted way. The main focus areas were the website as a central lead channel, the newsletter for customer retention, and building a presence on LinkedIn.

Ongoing Collaboration

The strategic foundation for Curion's communications has been established. Building on this, implementation is being progressively advanced. The focus is on the content and structural development of the website, strengthening the newsletter, and building a LinkedIn presence. In addition, events and trade fairs are to be leveraged more effectively for communications, and existing content is to be repurposed across channels. The effectiveness of the measures is continuously reviewed against defined KPIs and adjusted as needed.
