Background

The Daniel Deriaz Holding comprises three industrial companies: Ernst Grob AG, CYMAX AG, and Eckert AG.

Through a comprehensive rebranding, the holding and all three companies received a new visual identity. The goal was to make the group affiliation visible without losing each company's individual identity. The rebranding and website relaunch involved Lena Hubert Vidal (Studio VOS) for design, David Born Studio for development, and Pascal Urscheler (Beyond the Obvious) for the strategic foundations.

In terms of communications, there was a need to sharpen each brand image, increase visibility, and systematically develop external perception. A particular focus was placed on positioning on LinkedIn and on consistent communication aimed at customers, partners, suppliers, talent, trade press, and other relevant stakeholders.

Additionally, Ernst Grob AG required external support in the area of trade fair organisation.

My Role

  • Project management for the rebranding and website relaunch of all four brands
  • Structure, copywriting, and content development for all pages
  • Coordination between design, development, and internal stakeholders
  • Development of the social media strategy for all three companies
  • Ongoing LinkedIn communications including editorial planning, copy, visuals, and community management
  • Formulation of a strategic framework for monitoring, performance evaluation, and content optimisation
  • Ad hoc projects such as event planning, print materials, and campaigns
  • Coordination of international trade fair appearances for Ernst Grob AG, including review and structuring of internal trade fair processes with a focus on information flow, responsibilities, and interfaces

Ongoing Collaboration

The ongoing collaboration consists of gradually translating the strategically defined foundations into practice, further developing content, implementing measures, and regularly reviewing communications. Topics are continuously prepared editorially, activities on prioritised channels are maintained, and results are continuously analysed and optimised. This creates sustainable, structured communications work with a clear content direction and concrete relevance to the companies and their services.
