Background
Design-to-Production is a company focused on digital processes and complex planning and production workflows in the construction industry. As pioneers in building data modelling, the company has been supporting complex construction projects for years, helping builders, architecture firms, specialist planners, and fabricators improve productivity, safety, and quality in execution. Switchboard is a plugin developed by Design-to-Production for the timber construction software cadwork. The solution helps preparation teams and processing centres prepare external models significantly more efficiently.
The brief was to strategically build the product marketing for Switchboard and bring the first measures into implementation.
My Role
- Development of the communication strategy for Switchboard
- Creation of a structured action plan for marketing and communications
- Building a sales funnel for lead activation and conversion
- Conception and execution of social media posts for Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn
- Supporting the Switchboard presence at the International Timber Construction Forum
- Contributing to the creation of explainer videos for Switchboard features
Ongoing Collaboration
The strategic foundations for product marketing have been established and initial measures have been implemented.
The collaboration is ongoing and focuses on further lead activation, the step-by-step implementation of the defined measures, and the continuous development of communications around Switchboard.
